I recently attended the Art of finding Stillness and Calm out of curiosity with no prior experience of mindful meditation.   The three 90 minute sessions were very informative and I received useful tools to take away and work with on my own.  Cheryl has a warm and inclusive approach. Her instruction is clear and thorough. She encourages questions and feedback after each exercise to ensure you get the maximum benefit. She provides detailed handouts and recordings of two of the techniques.  Listening to her soothing voice is amazing and certainly helps me relax and feel calm.
