• or send me an e-mail here with
  • the name of the person you wish to send it to
  • your name and e-mail address
  • and your pledge

To send the card directly:

1. Open the card at the link below and save it as a PDF. (You will need Adobe Reader).

2. Select the option you wish to pledge and complete the To, From and E-mail fields giving your e-mail address. Then Save.

3. Send as an attachment in an e-mail with your own personal message to the person you want to receive it. (Please note your content will not display on an iPhone/iPad.)

The recipient then calls me to arrange an appointment, quoting your name and e-mail address and I will send you an invoice which you pay by cheque or BACS transfer.
