Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses

The organiser (Relax Into Health) requires seven days notice, prior to the start of the course booked, in order for a full refund to be given. In the event of a course being cancelled the organiser will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Appointments/Payment

When you book a session, this time is reserved for you. If you have to reschedule please give as much notice as possible so that I can give the time to someone else. Less than 24 hours notice (a whole working day) will incur a 50% cancellation fee and a no show the full price of the session booked.

Payment of treatments are by cash, cheque or BACS transfer. Courses are booked and paid via PayPal. See Privacy Policy.

A discount is given for treatment packages delivered within a set timeframe. The fee for this must be paid for in full at the initial consultation.
